Filter cartridge systems are used to extract large quantities of dust. In contrast to the saturation filter, a protective layer with a so-called precoat powder can be applied to the filter cartridges. Harmful particles are deposited on the precoat layer and are removed from the filter cartridge by compressed air blasts, which increases the service life.

The service life of the filter cartridges can be extended using Precoat powder as a protective layer on the filter cartridge. The filter cartridges are cleaned at intervals using compressed air.

The TBH FP 150 cartridge filter is suitable for extracting dry dusts that are produced, for example, during milling, drilling, grinding or laser processing of non-oily and non-adhesive materials.

The TBH FP ATEX cartridge filter for extracting combustible dusts from processes such as laser processing, mechanical processing such as grinding, deburring, milling, drilling, decanting, packaging, feeding and conveying processes.

Saturation filter <1,500 m3/h

The saturation filters of the GL and LN device series are suitable for extracting sticky and moist dusts, laser and soldering fumes, solvent and adhesive vapors.

The polluted air is captured by the capture device (hood, hose) and is then fed into the filter unit via a pipe, flexible hose or extraction arm. Here, the pollutant particles are filtered out in the various filter systems according to their filter class. Filter devices equipped with an activated carbon filter also remove gaseous pollutants. Finally, the cleaned air is either fed back into the work area or, depending on the application, discharged outside via an exhaust air duct.
