How cleaning works with dry separators
For cleaning in extraction and dedusting systems, the dust cake is removed by short compressed air pulses, i.e. by backwashing with air. The dust layer falls down into a collecting container, which is emptied regularly, e.g. into a BigBag, a container, a drum or a screw conveyor.
Sophisticated pipe routing
Just as every extraction and filter system is unique, the pipe routing in every project is also unique and different. It must be adapted to the spatial conditions and designed in such a way that the pressure loss is as low as possible.
