  • Available in five lengths: 500, 800, 1’000, 1’500 and 2’000 mm

Suction hood

Highly efficient hood with edge extraction for extracting vapors. Simple but effective suction solution.

Your added value with an extraction hood

  • For ceiling or wall mounting incl. Suspension
  • Manufactured in powder-coated steel
  • Available in five sizes: 600×600, 800×800, 1’000×1’000, 1’250×1’250 and 1’500×1’500mm
  • Special dimensions as required

Further versions

Suction arms

Precise extraction of dust and smoke in industry with proven extraction arms from the world-famous TBH and FUMEX brands.

Extraction arms are ideal additions to extraction systems for fumes or dusty air. They direct the suction power directly to the source of dust and smoke without interfering with the work process.

Suction tables

Extraction tables are multifunctional work surfaces that efficiently extract dust, smoke and pollutants during work processes. They promote a clean working environment and improve the health of the workforce.

Extraction table and heavy-duty table UBP

Extraction table with extraction through table top. Can be used as a gluing, grinding, polishing, welding or manual cutting table. Lengths: 1000 – 2500mm. Depths: 1000 or 1250mm. Also available as a heavy-duty table (500 kg/m²) for an extra charge.

  • Ergonomic table, height can be adjusted as required
  • Access from 3 sides
  • Simple installation and connection
  • The table is delivered fully assembled
  • Connection to the pipework, filter system and fan

Extraction table UF

Universal extraction table with standard extraction through table top. Extremely suitable as a gluing table, sanding table, polishing table, welding table or manual cutting table.

  • Height-adjustable legs from 680-980mm
  • The table can be supplied in 2 depths and 5 lengths
  • Point extraction arm can be mounted directly on the table
  • Can incl. rear wall can be supplied with extraction
  • Can incl. rear wall, side walls and ceiling are supplied
  • The noise level is kept low with damped rear and side walls.

Welding table SBL

The SBL welding table has many applications. It is particularly suitable as an institutional welding table, soldering table or hard soldering table for training purposes.

  • Robust powder-coated construction
  • 10mm steel plate as standard table top
  • Constructed from profiles bolted together
  • Option for grate or firebricks on the table surface
  • Available in 3 sizes and extensive additional equipment

Flame cutting table PB

Oxygen flame cutting table for shortening steel plates. Solid, user-friendly, reasonably priced design.

  • For manual cutting of steel plates
  • Solid powder-coated cutting table
  • Height adjustable between 702-902 mm
  • User-friendly design
  • Training cutting table with clamping fixture
  • Flexible connection option, connection nipple on both sides

Extraction cabins

Robust and durable extraction booths

Extraction cabins

To protect the surrounding workstations from dust from grinding, blasting or welding processes and from noise emissions, we recommend equipping the workstation with a suitable extraction booth with sound insulation.

For individual requirements, we offer flexible customized solutions with the best price-performance ratio.

Ejector cleaning system

This low-cost extraction system powered by compressed air packs a powerful punch

Ejector cleaning system

This compressed air-operated and extremely cost-effective suction unit is ideal for use wherever a central dust extraction system already exists and a compressed air connection is available. Examples: Workplace cleaning (grinding, welding, etc.), conveying of dust material (blasting sand, granulates, etc.), intermittent extraction in automated processes.

Structure

According to the Coanda principle, compressed air is used to generate a vacuum in the suction head that corresponds to the performance of an industrial vacuum cleaner. In contrast to conventional industrial vacuum cleaners, however, the suction material is conveyed directly into the suction pipe of an existing dust extraction system, where it is discharged.

Your added value with the ejector cleaning system

  • Stepless power regulation by means of compressed air valve
  • Robust construction, simple operation
  • Variable connection options
  • Versatile application
  • Space-saving installation
  • Extensive range of accessories, designed to meet your needs
  • No power requirement
  • Compressed air: 6 bar
  • Compressed air requirement: 54 Nm³/min.
  • Intake air volume, free intake: 840 m³/h
