Extraction of crushed dust in the recycling industry

The innovative 4th generation recycling and family business in the middle of Switzerland needs an extraction system for the removal of the crushed dust from slag processing.

The company is installing a separation plant for processing slag from incineration plants. This separation plant is used to remove ferrous and non-ferrous components from the slag. During this process, considerable dust pollution occurs at various feeding and transfer points.

A VarioCell 10.80 C extraction system is used, which is connected to a total of eight individual collection points (see photo below).
The cleaned dust is discharged into a big bag by means of a rotary valve and disposed of.
