Antonov AN-225 heavy-duty transport rack

Our customized heavy-duty transport rack for the Antonov AN-225 is an example of a fast and innovative solution to a problem. Manufactured in just 2.5 weeks in our Remiger production facility, it enabled our customers to realize the transport of their generator in record time.

The challenge was to distribute the enormous weight of the generator evenly over the surface of the aircraft so as not to exceed the maximum permissible wing loading. This frame was the heaviest single part ever transported by air freight in South America and the second heaviest in the history of aviation.

Our solution shows how we can adapt flexibly to the individual needs of our customers and master challenges in the shortest possible time.
