During mixing processes in industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, and chemicals, fine dust in open or partially open containers inevitably rises \u2013 with noticeable consequences for workplace safety, product quality, and cleaning efforts.<\/p>\n

A single extraction arm can cover only a limited portion of the container opening and captures only a portion of the rising dust in that area.

The custom-made extraction ring from L+M AG Extraction systems<\/a> solves the dust problem right at the source: It forms a semicircular enclosure around the mixing vessel, ensuring there is sufficient space for filling, and captures the rising powder along this perimeter, rather than extracting it \u2013 as with a conventional extraction arm \u2013 only at specific points and with significantly less effectiveness.<\/p>\n
