The challenge<\/strong><\/p>\n

Due to the nature of the application, there are heightened requirements for weld quality and traceability. A project for L+M Industriestahlbau. <\/p>\n

The assembly must be manufactured in execution class EXC3 in accordance with EN 1090 and the welding guidelines.
\nHigh-quality welds are required throughout, along with the precise positioning and fit of the welded sockets, as well as comprehensive quality assurance including 100% magnetic particle testing (MT)
\nand an acceptance test certificate for the component\u2014which weighs approximately 16 kg\u2014with tight dimensional and positional tolerances.<\/p>\n

The solution – unique and clever<\/strong><\/p>\n

L+M Industriestahlbau manufactured <\/a>the bracket in accordance with EN 1090 and had its dimensional accuracy and welds inspected and certified by its in-house inspection staff.
\nFinally, the component was externally coated with a zinc flake coating. The result was a dimensionally accurate, tested, and fully traceable assembly that meets the high safety and quality requirements. <\/p>\n
