Water, powder or foam is discharged from the extinguishing nozzles as required. This effectively extinguishes sparks. At the same time, an alarm is triggered in the alarm center or control center.   <\/p>\n<h3>A fully automatic spark extinguishing system consists of:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Highly sensitive wireless sensors<\/li>\n<li>Alarm center, control center<\/li>\n<li>Automatic deletion<\/li>\n<li>Pressure booster system (optional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Spark detector<\/h3>\n<p>Spark detection in the closed conveyor system is carried out by function-monitored spark detectors that react to the infrared radiation of passing ignition initiators. The detector continuously monitors its electronics for functionality. Detectors with visibility monitoring are available as an option. The VdS standard regulations VdS 2106 take into account the latest technological developments and describe the requirements for the planning and installation of spark detection, spark elimination and spark extinguishing systems.<\/p>\n\n    \n    \n\n        <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div  class=\"block block-content bg-weiss pb-mittel\">\n    <div class=\"main-container\">\n        <div class=\"content-container\">\n\n            \n\n    <h2 class=\"d3\">CONCLUSION<\/h2>\n\n    <p><strong>If sparks and glowing embers form within a production process in machining and processing machines, the spark extinguishing system effectively prevents devastating fires.
