With certain dusts from cellulose and metal processing<\/a>, there is a constant risk of filter fire. If the sensor of this high-performance separator detects sparks being sucked in, the air supply is immediately interrupted so that the spark does not reach the inside of the extraction system<\/a>.<\/p>\n \n

The spark extinguishing system consists of coordinated components: Spark detector, evaluation electronics, actual separator. The high-performance separator with its collection container can be installed at any point in the pneumatic transport channel. In the event of an alarm, the control system takes all measures to raise the alarm and switch off machines and fans in stages. The smallest sparks are detected and extinguished using highly sensitive infrared sensors.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n\n

          Cyclone pre-separator<\/h2>\n\n

          The cyclone separator is characterized by low acquisition costs, low space requirements, high operational reliability and low maintenance requirements. It works largely independently of the operating pressure and operating temperature.<\/span><\/p>\n
