Filter cartridges

Filter cartridges for modern filtration technology

Antistatic filter cartridges are the versatile quality filter systems for numerous applications in modern filtration technology.

The proven, replaceable filters with a filter area of 0.1 to 20 m² allow you to install them either on the raw or clean gas side.

Depending on their design, all L+M AG filter cartridges are suitable for internal and external loading and are available for pneumatic or mechanical cleaning. The performance profile and fastening system are designed according to your specifications.

Filter plates

Injector nozzles ensure optimum cleaning of the filter plate elements without the need for filter support baskets thanks to their integrated head side position.

Thanks to our many years of experience in extraction technology and our own special filter production, we offer a wide selection of filter panel elements in a variety of materials and qualities. These can be individually adapted to the respective requirements and enable clean gas values of less than 1 mg/m³.

HEPA filter

Clean gas values guaranteed

The conventional assembly of this HEPA filter usually consists of a uniformly folded glass fiber fleece between aluminum spacers. We guarantee clean gas values of up to 0.001 mg/m³ in accordance with filter class H13 as per EN 1822.

A variety of different filter media and different spacer and housing materials are available for this type of filter cell. This enables optimum adaptation to the respective process conditions.

The maximum cleaning pressure is approx. 3 bar. The nominal filter area is approx. 20m², which enables a throughput of up to 3,000m³/h. The efficiency in relation to dust particles from 0.1 to 0.3 µm (particle sizes with the lowest separation efficiency; MPPS) is 99.95%.

Textile diffusers

They ensure the right humidity and temperature control

For textile diffusers and air conditioning components, we differentiate between air distribution ducts made of textile fabric (polyester) and film (polyethylene). Both versions offer the same functionality.

Functionality

Supply air is blown into the air distribution ducts. Due to the permeability and/or perforation of the material used, the air escapes at low speed. This guarantees draught-free and permanently uniform distribution and air conditioning of the air over the entire cooling and heating load range. Another positive side effect is the prevention of condensation. Our components ensure uniform humidity and temperature.
