HFU extraction unit with high vacuum

The high vacuum unit (HFU) is a compact extraction unit with a strong vacuum for cleaning and connecting hand tools. It is mounted on a robust transport platform. The side channel blower ensures continuous operation and automatic filter cleaning is carried out using compressed air.

The housing is soundproofed and the HFU-F model is a plug & play model with built-in frequency converter and thermal fuse. The unit is easy to transport and can be used flexibly at different production sites.

  • Filter control type ECO-S, differential pressure with automatic post-cleaning
  • Bag insert for 67 L dust container
  • ½” water separation with pressure gauge and reduction valve
  • Various high-pressure pipes, fittings and couplings for the construction of fixed systems. Different gate valves and flap valves, which can possibly be equipped with micro-switches to start the extraction.
  • Different controls and system monitoring
  • Various spot extraction systems, funnels, slotted nozzles, plastic adapters for valves, hoses and cleaning equipment
  • Available in hot-dip galvanized, painted steel panels for outdoor installation
  • Available in explosion-protected/degassed version for installation in ATEX zones
